What We Do
Every injector: cleaned, tested, verified
Professional cleaning and flow testing for gasoline, ethanol, and methanol fuel injectors — high and low impedance top-feed — on advanced digital flow equipment. We don’t just clean injectors; we test, restore, and verify they’re flowing like they should.
The Process
Eight steps, every time
Exterior Cleaning
Grime and corrosion removed from the injector body before service begins.
Filter Removal
Old internal filter baskets removed for full access to the injector internals.
Pulse Clean & Backflush
Ultrasonic pulse cleaning and backflushing clear deposits from the pintle and nozzle.
Leak Testing
Each injector is pressure-checked to confirm it seals completely when closed.
Static & Dynamic Flow
Digital flow bench testing at fixed and pulsed duty cycles — matched across the set.
Spray Pattern Evaluation
Atomization and spray geometry verified so every cylinder gets even fuel delivery.
Resistance Testing
Coil resistance measured to catch electrical faults before they strand you.
New Filters & Viton® O-Rings
Fresh filter baskets and Viton® seals installed — ready to run.
▸ Before / after flow numbers reported for every injector. Clean. Matched. Verified.
The Proof
Real sets, real results
Every set leaves the bench documented — here’s what the work actually looks like.
Scope & Pricing
Straight answers on what we service
What we service
- Top-feed injectors — high and low impedance
- Gasoline, ethanol & methanol injectors
- Race cars, boats, motorcycles & daily drivers
- Full sets flow-matched on the digital bench
What we don’t do
- Remove or install injectors from your vehicle
- Diesel injectors
- Ficht or piezoelectric injectors (N54, N63, S63, N74)
- GM Vortec CPI “spider” assemblies
One flat rate covers the full 8-step service — cleaning, flow testing, spray and leak checks, new filters and Viton® O-rings. Customers in Aurora, Newmarket & Vaughan get free pickup and delivery instead of shipping.
If an injector cannot be serviced, we don’t charge full service fees — only a $20 test/flow check fee. You only pay full price for injectors we actually restore.
